Step 1 

Edit Page -> Go to Structure -> Remove Header and Footer Section [see red part]

Because it is imported in page. We will set as a global header and footer.

Go to Breakdance -> Footers and set as per below image

Step 3

Click on "Edit in Breakdance"

Step 4

Now Click On "Add" Button then Click On "Library" Button.

Now Select the "DESIGN SET" and select our layout "Breakdance Flooring Services Layouts Pack - FREE" 

Click on "add to page" yellow button [see Number 6]

After click on that button Now check your footer structure it is imported

check on frontend (browser view)
