Step 1 

Edit Page -> Go to Structure -> Remove Header and Footer Section [see red part]

Because it is imported in page. We will set global header and footer.

Go to Breakdance -> Footers and set as per below image

Step 3

Click on "Edit in Breakdance"

Step 4

Now Click On "Add" Button then Click On "Library" Button. Now Select the "DESIGN SET" and select our layout "Breakdance SEO Agency Layout"

Step 5

Now check your footer structure it is imported
