Step 1 

Edit Page -> Go to Structure -> Remove Header and Footer Section [see red part]

Because it is imported in page. We will set global header and footer.

Go to Breakdance -> Headers

and set as per below image

Now Click On "Add" Button then Click On "Library" Button.
Now Select the "DESIGN SET" and select our layout "Breakdance SEO Agency Layout"

Now add header SEE After add

Step 6 [ This is optional base on layout]

Scroll Layout and see sticky header

Now Add Sticky Header and Mobile Header

Select Mobile [see point 3] and add

Now check your header structure it is imported
